When I worked at the imagery and data analytics company I helped the company to scale up, and was in charge of the full employee lifecycle, and procured and managed relationships with external suppliers.
I joined KISPE in early 2020, just prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, which was an interesting time to join a new company!
I am also proud of the work I have been doing to support the team during the pandemic: supporting individual team members, ensuring a safe workplace and establishing guidance to help those working from home as well as in the office.
How I contribute to the KISPE customer experience
I get a huge degree of satisfaction from the many internal and external interactions I have on a daily basis, to help people and to support them in their roles and tasks, whether that's from an HR perspective, or ensuring that we have frameworks and tools in place to allow everyone to be able to do their best work.
I love the fact that no two days are the same and that my role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities – from payroll and coordinating IT matters, through to interviewing, onboarding and creating development plans.
It really excites me to be part of a growing team – and to play a key part in recruiting and onboarding new talent and to help to develop our company capabilities.
